The slight cold has turned into a major cold, ugh. It's so bad that I stayed home from work today, and I'll probably end up not going in tomorrow, either. When they called me back, they told me to stay home and not to worry about coming in until I was better - I think it's because my voice was breaking. I don't know what it is, but I do know that my head hurts like a sonofabitch and I can barely breathe for the congestion.

So... it's likely that I'll be sick on Thanksgiving Day, which is not at all how I'd planned to spend my holiday. Sigh.

I wonder what I'm going to do. I was going to cook as usual, but I have a feeling those plans are all for naught, now...
