Heh, I thought I might have. This Friday's been a little busier than normal, however, which is quite possibly a good thing - it means I'm not climbing the walls with utter boredom for a rare change. But it's dead enough for me to make a blog post, naturally.
After much careful consideration and checking of financial matters, I've decided that I indeed can and will afford a quick Christmas trip to Ocean City - so thanks to Greyhound and the Dunes Manor Hotel, I'm booked and ready to go. Hey, what the hell - it gets me traveling (which I had already said I wanted to do more of) and I don't have a chance to sit at home and feel sorry for myself because I'm all alone on Christmas Day. Screw that shit - my holiday is going to be what I make of it, and sitting at home is definitely not in the plan. I may go out there and take pictures... now it occurrs to me what I should have asked for, a digital SLR camera. But no one that I know has that much money to purchase one of those things, they're still in the thousands-of-dollars range. Oh, well, maybe in a few years...
No Friday meme again this week. I don't know what's happened to The Music Memoirs, but they've either apparently run out of questions to ask or they're repeating. I think it's the former - it's just getting old and quite frankly boring as all hell. The Saturday 9 one is good, though, so I'll probably keep doing that. We'll see. I don't like the idea of being chained to those kinds of things anyhow - I blog when I choose to, not on someone else's timetable, however fun it is.
Workout tomorrow morning, then a weekend of relaxation. After this past week at work, I sure could use it.

Like your point about the Holiday is what you make of it, very true!
I'm planning on getting a digital SLR for my Road Trip, they start at around $500 now. I was looking to spend around $700 to $900 on one, if you want we can get one together for Christmas. Just an idea.
Would you seriously consider that?
